In the Christmas period just passed, Farnese hosted the event “A Dream Christmas 2025”, an event dedicated to showcasing local food and wine excellence and promoting the region through cultural experiences, conviviality, and guided tastings.
The initiative took place Saturday, December 27th, at the Rocca Palace – Parish Oratory, and saw significant participation from the public interested in learning more about the symbolic products of Tuscia.
Guided tasting of local extra virgin olive oils
The central moment of the event was the guided tasting of local extra virgin olive oils, conducted by Dr. Roberto Petretti, an agronomist and olive oil expert. During the meeting, the main characteristics of quality EVO oil were illustrated, with particular attention to sensory aspects, production techniques, and the connection between oil and territory.
A valuable opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of quality, short supply chains, and respect for local agricultural traditions.
Noiano oil mentioned among the local producers
We are very pleased to report that the official Facebook page of Fisar Tuscia Viterbese cited Olio Noiano among the local olive oil producers involved, recognizing the value of our organic extra virgin olive oil, produced in Canino and the result of careful production that combines tradition and innovation.
Tasting of wines from local wineries
Afterwards, the event continued with a guided tasting of wines from local companies, curated by Enrico Zamboni of FISAR Tuscia Viterbese, accompanied by two sommeliers from the same association. This tour completed the sensory experience, offering participants an overview of the area's wine production.
An event that enhances identity and quality
“A Dream Christmas 2025” represented a significant moment of meeting between producers, industry professionals and enthusiasts, contributing to strengthening the bond between territory, tradition and quality. For Noiano Oil, being mentioned in this context is a source of pride and confirms the constant commitment to the production of an authentic organic EVO oil, an expression of Tuscia and the olive growing culture of Canino.
