The position of the olive grove, with a panoramic view that ranges from Mount Amiata at the Tyrrhenian Sea, guarantees perfect climatic conditions for the growth of top quality olives.

Our logo, shown on the label, depicts the centuries-old oak tree which is located at the top of the olive grove, a symbol of deep roots and authenticity.

Certification Official Of Quality

Extra Virgin Olive Oil certified by the Chamber of Commerce

Noiano extra virgin olive oil underwent official organoleptic analysis by the Professional Tasting Committee of the Rieti-Viterbo Chamber of Commerce.

The panel test certified the absence of defects (median of the defect: 0) and classified our product as Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with medium fruitiness (3.70), medium bitterness (3.70) and medium spiciness (4.20).

This certification attests to the quality of our oil and allows it to be labelled as Product of the Tuscia Viterbese, guarantee of origin, territory and authenticity.

The process

A Certified Organic Process

The company strictly follows the practices of theorganic farming, excluding the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This method preserves the health of the soil, plants and ecosystem, ensuring a healthy and natural extra virgin olive oil.
The timing of the pruning, organic treatments and harvestingThe latter occurs from the first ten days of October with methods mechanics, to ensure that the olives are harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness, preserving all their organoleptic properties.

After the harvest, the olives are transported in ventilated boxes and bring every evening to the De Parri Oil Mill in Canino (VT), where they are milled within 24 hours with mechanical methods at controlled temperature.

This process allows the characteristics of the oil to be kept intact, avoiding unwanted fermentations and guaranteeing a product with low acidity levels and a high polyphenol content.
