Terms and Conditions

These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products and services offered on this website, carried out remotely and made available via the Internet, in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts pursuant to Legislative Decree 70/2003, Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequently integrated with Article 49 of Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code (ex art. 52).

The products are sold by Boring, with headquarters in Via Vittorio Emanuele III, 56 – 01010 Farnese (VT) (VAT no. 02466240567, CF CNCFPP05D07H501S), owned by Philip Cenci, owner of the site and domain (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

Before sending the order, the Buyer is required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale, which are available on the site to allow storage and reproduction.

1a. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

The General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding, acceptance and execution of purchase orders for the products and services offered on the site.

1b. PRICES

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The purchase order is made by the Buyer sending the "order form" (also called "Shopping Cart") in electronic format, for one or more products, and by transmitting the aforementioned order form to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.

The order form contains: a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes and costs), the list of accepted payment methods and the delivery methods for the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, as well as the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.

The Buyer is obliged to verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

By sending the order form, the Buyer declares to have understood and accepted the content of the same, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy and the legislation on the right of withdrawal. Failure to fully accept such content will result in the order being inadmissible.

The contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Seller, after verification of the correctness of the data. This acceptance will be communicated to the Buyer by means of a confirmation email.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics of the products on the site are shown on the page relating to each product. The images are only intended to present the products generically and may not be exactly representative of each characteristic.

4. PAYMENTS

Payment methods accepted:

• Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer

For credit card payments, the transaction will take place on PayPal's secure server.

The Buyer will receive an email with a summary of his order and instructions for payment by bank transfer. The goods will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into the Seller's bank account.

5. ORDER RECEIPT CONFIRMATION

Once the order is received, the Seller will check the availability of stock for fulfillment. In case of unavailability of a product, the Buyer will be informed and will be able to choose whether to confirm the shipment or cancel it.

6. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the purchase procedure.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and are specified during the purchase. Delivery is via express courier, with an estimated time of 7 working days barring unforeseen circumstances.

The Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND REFUND

Pursuant to Article 49 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• The Seller will refund the amount paid within 30 days using the same payment method used.

8. DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY

In case of lack of conformity, the Buyer must contact the Seller at the address info@noiano.it for the management of the return or replacement.

The Seller undertakes to restore the conformity of the product or to refund the amount paid without additional costs.

9. ERRORS

While we are constantly updating the information on the site, errors may occur. The Seller reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The sales contract is considered concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian Law. For disputes, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court of Viterbo.

These General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time based on regulatory changes.
