APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/h3><p data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1213\">The General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding, acceptance, and execution of purchase orders for the products and services offered on the site.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1229\">1b. PRICES<\/h3><p data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1299\">All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1333\">2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/h3><p data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1635\">The purchase order is made by the Buyer sending the &quot;order form&quot; (also called &quot;Shopping Cart&quot;) in electronic format, for one or more products, and by transmitting the aforementioned order form to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.<\/p><p data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"2197\">The order form contains: a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes and costs), a list of accepted payment methods and delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, as well as the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.<\/p><p data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2312\">The Buyer is obliged to verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.<\/p><p data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2623\">By submitting the order form, the Buyer declares that he or she has understood and accepted its contents, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy, and the right of withdrawal. Failure to fully accept these contents will result in the order being inadmissible.<\/p><p data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2841\">The contract is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, subject to verification of the accuracy of the data. This acceptance will be communicated to the Buyer via a confirmation email.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2843\" data-end=\"2875\">3. PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/h3><p data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"3140\">The essential characteristics of the products on the site are shown on the page relating to each product. The images are only intended to present the products generically and may not be exactly representative of each characteristic.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3158\">4. The goods will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into the Seller&#039;s bank account.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"3653\" data-end=\"3693\">5. ORDER RECEIPT CONFIRMATION<\/h3><p data-start=\"3694\" data-end=\"3923\">Once the order is received, the Seller will check stock availability for fulfillment. If a product is unavailable, the Buyer will be notified and can choose whether to confirm or cancel the shipment.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"3925\" data-end=\"3952\">6. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY<\/h3><p data-start=\"3953\" data-end=\"4060\">The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the purchase procedure.<\/p><p data-start=\"4062\" data-end=\"4253\">Shipping costs are the buyer&#039;s responsibility and are specified during the purchase process. Delivery is via express courier, with an estimated delivery time of 7 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances.<\/p><p data-start=\"4255\" data-end=\"4315\">The Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"4317\" data-end=\"4359\">7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND REFUND<\/h3><p data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4558\">Pursuant to Article 49 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21\/2014), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within <strong data-start=\"4495\" data-end=\"4519\">14 working days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p><p data-start=\"4560\" data-end=\"4812\">The withdrawal communication must be sent via <strong data-start=\"4616\" data-end=\"4644\">registered letter with return receipt<\/strong> addressed to: <strong>Cenci Filippo Farm<\/strong><br data-start=\"4686\" data-end=\"4689\" \/><strong data-start=\"4689\" data-end=\"4753\">Corso Vittorio Emanuele III, 56 \u2013 01010 Farnese (VT), ITALY<\/strong><br data-start=\"4753\" data-end=\"4756\" \/>Or by email to <strong data-start=\"4787\" data-end=\"4811\">info@noiano.it<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4814\" data-end=\"4874\">The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"5105\"><li data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"4920\">The product must be returned intact.<\/li><li data-start=\"4921\" data-end=\"4996\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.<\/li><li data-start=\"4997\" data-end=\"5105\">The Seller will refund the amount paid within 30 days using the same payment method used.<\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5135\">8. DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY<\/h3><p data-start=\"5136\" data-end=\"5297\">In case of defects of conformity, the Buyer must contact the Seller at the address <strong data-start=\"4787\" data-end=\"4811\">info@noiano.it<\/strong>\u00a0for the management of the return or replacement.<\/p><p data-start=\"5299\" data-end=\"5397\">The Seller undertakes to restore the conformity of the product or to refund the amount paid without additional costs.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"5399\" data-end=\"5412\">9. ERRORS<\/h3><p data-start=\"5413\" data-end=\"5628\">While we constantly update the information on the site, errors may occur.
